Check the Booking Calendar to make sure that the Hall is free for the period of your booking;

Read our Standard Conditions of Hire, a copy of which is available as a pdf for download
here

Complete a Bunwell Village Hall Booking Form, a copy of which is available as a pdf for download
here

4.
|
Submit your completed Booking Form to the Booking Clerk (whose contact details are on the Booking Form);
|
|
5.
|
Pay the £20 non-returnable booking fee (payment details are on the Booking Form).
|
Once your payment has been received, and the booking details have been checked, the Booking Clerk will let you know whether the booking is confirmed. If, for any reason, the booking cannot be confirmed we will return the booking fee. If the booking is confirmed then the booking fee is non-refundable.
